Gabriel Gustafsson (he/him), known as gab_i, is an interdisciplinary sound artist, sound designer, and music technology practitioner based in Copenhagen, Denmark. He explores new music aesthetics and electronic sound design through long-form electroacoustic pieces, ambient experimental works, and live performance.

After a Bachelor’s in Electroacoustic Studies with a minor in Mandarin Language & Culture at Concordia University (Montréal/Tiohtia:ke), Gabriel completed a Master’s in Sound & Music Computing at Aalborg University (Copenhagen), where he experimented with digital signal processing and developed custom hardware instruments, blending software and physical interfaces in his practice.

As gab_i, he has released music on Glinted Records, including Glinted 01 and Glinted 01.5, and continues to push sonic boundaries through experimental sound design, live performance, and ambient experimental dub.
